Meet Cynthia White
Welcome to my kitchen! A little about me! I’m Cynthia White, a passionate food blogger, world traveler, and cake artist with a deep interest in exploring global flavors. My journey with food began as a way to capture the tastes and traditions of the places I’ve visited. It has now grown into a space where I recreate and share those experiences with you.

How It All Started
Every summer since each of my 3 children were born, I set off on adventures with them, immersing ourselves in the authentic dishes of different cultures. At first, this started as a way to share our own culture and heritage with them. Now it has grown into experiencing as many different cultures and foods as we possibly can! When we return home, I bring those flavors to life in my kitchen and turn them into recipes like this lemon tiramisu recipe I created after tasting the traditional tiramisu cream in Italy! My goal is to inspire you to cook beyond borders and experience the world through food.
More About Me
I’m a Filipina/German who grew up in Hawaii, while my husband is Greek/Black American from New Mexico. My love for food is deeply rooted in our multicultural backgrounds. Once we had our children, I wanted to share our heritage with them in a meaningful way. Cooking became my way of passing down traditions, stories, and flavors like my favorite calamansi pie that brings me right back to my Filipino roots.

Beyond travel-inspired recipes, I’m also an accomplished baker and cake artist. I have been featured on television and in publications all over the world. From intricate designs to bold flavors, my cakes are a reflection of my creativity and love for edible art. See some of my cake art here.
